MS Pipe Fabrication Work

Our pipe line fabrication work includes work from cutting up of plates after decoiling it up to testing of Pipes of various diameter as per the requirement of the client. The Pipe manufacturing process is completed through different mechanical stages like Fitting of Cells, Welding stages (Mig, ARC & SAW) for both internal & External, Visual checking, Repairing of Pipes (if any) & finally by NDT. We provide site testing facilities like UT/ RT and hydrotesting also.

Scope of work: Machineries & Process.

1. Decoiler Section : Here the MS coils are decoiled using decoiler & are converted into plates for cutting. 

2. Cutting section : Here the MS Plates are cut as per pipe dia by Plasma or LPG cutting.

3. Rolling section : Here are MS cells are rolled by a heavy duty Pipe rolling machine as per required diameter

4. Cell welding section : Here the LS joints of each cells are welded by ARC welding / MIG welding.

5. Pipe fitting section : Here 3-4 cells are joints together to make a half length pipe.

6. Internal Welding section : Here the half length Pipes , internal CS section are ARC welded. 

7. Out-side welding section : Here the outer side of the Half-length pipe are welded by SAW welding.

8. Pipe doubling section: Here 2 nos half-length pipe are joined by ARC welding together to make a full-length pipe, inside ARC welded & out-side ARC / SAW welding.

9. UT/RT testing section: The complete welded pipes are then subjected to UT & RT Test for any defect identification.

10. Hydrotesting Section: Here the UR/RT test completed pipes are taken for Hydrotesting for any type of leakage or seepage rectification. If any defect is identified, repairing job is done.

11. Pipeline Storage Section: After Hydrotesting the Pipes are stored properly for coating work.

Our Quality Control / Assurance Department ensures that all works are carried out to the highest standards and meet all requirements of the specified Codes of Construction and the Client’s quality requirements. Our QA officials always in touch with the Clients QA/QC team to make the project a grand success with best quality job.

Safety, Health and Environment:

Safety and Environment awareness is major priority for us. We are committed to providing & maintaining a safe & healthy working environment. Safety meetings are regularly conducted at worksites. Our welders, helpers & other staffs are always committed to their duty by wearing proper PPEs at the job. We strictly follow the health & safety rules at every aspect of our job to ensure that no accidental Incident happens.

Current Scenario

In the year 2020 we have been awarded a high volume job work order from M/s Sarthi Constructions for MS pipe fabrication job of different dia , starting from 600 mm upto 2400 mm in the same project. The above job is about 65 K.M pipelines and till date 90% job is completed. We are getting enquiries from different pipeline contractors for MS pipe manufacturing, mechanical work & Pipeline laying job also. Company has planned to expand its business in the field of Pipeline fabrication, Erection, Laying & Pipeline civil work over next 5 years. Our target is to became a leader in the field of Pipeline mechanical work.
